The predecessor is Shougang Resistant Materials Co.,Ltd. which was founded in January 2002. Our main products are high/low chrome grinding balls, high/low chrome grinding cylpebs, multi-component alloy grinding media ball, resistant mill liners, hammers, steel casting moulds etc. Shougang Steel Ball has been developed into a professional manufacturer of grinding media and exporter in China within 10 years efforts, the annual production capacity is 50000 tons including cast grinding media balls and cylpebs.
Shougang Steel Ball covers an area of more than 30000 square meters, consists of 5 workshops, and building areas is about 25000 square meters. Shougang Steel Ball has 7 medium - frequency induction furnaces, 6 production lines of casting which include 1 full automatic sand coated iron mould cast balls production line and 5 semi-automatic production lines, 3 on-line continuous quenching and tempering heating treatment lines.
